Man Wanted On Arrest Warrant After Charges Laid In CFSEU-BC Investigation Into Alleged Drug Trafficking

A man is wanted in connection to a Combined Forces Special Enforcement Unit of B.C.(CFSEU-BC) led investigation into an alleged drug trafficking network and police are asking for the public’s help to locate him.

In January 2021, CFSEU-BC began an investigation into an alleged organized drug trafficking network with ties to members of the Hells Angels Motorcycle Club.

In January 2022, CFSEU-BC executed four search warrants in the Comox Valley and Campbell River area, seizing drugs, weapons, as well as arresting six individuals.

On November 30, 2023, the Public Prosecution Service of Canada approved numerous drug and criminal organization-related charges against the six people initially arrested.

Shawna Lynne Leblanc, Peter Bruce Billie, Rhys Tyler Vernon Bolton, Jeff Scott Pasanen, and Randall James King were all arrested and released while they await the judicial process.

Jonathan Erin Clifford was to appear before the court on February 1, 2024 in relation to his charges but failed to appear and an arrest warrant has been issued.

Jonathan Erin Clifford was last known to reside in the Comox Valley area of Vancouver Island.
